The site was simple enough to get around, and checkout didn’t take long at all. I found what I needed quickly, which was nice. I just wish the product filters were a little better, like maybe more options or... I don’t know, just easier to narrow things down.

I can’t say it didn’t take a little while to notice a difference, but after a few months my skin feels a lot calmer and not nearly as dry. It’s not perfect or anything, but it’s not like it hasn’t helped, so I’m still using it...

I’ve been using Motif for a few weeks now, the thing I notice most is how gentle it feels on my skin. I tend to get red easily, so I’m always a little skeptical when I try something new, but this didn’t sting, burn, or leave my face feeling dry.
For me, it just feels calm and uncomplicated, which I really appreciate. There’s no weird tight feeling afterward, and I do think my skin looks a bit more even lately. I’d definitely buy it again...

I don’t know, I really wanted to feel better about it sooner. After about three weeks I noticed a little bit of a change, but not enough to get excited. It wasn’t terrible or anything, it just left me feeling kind of disappointed.

For the price, I was expecting more hydration. Maybe it works better for someone with less dry skin, or maybe my face is just being dramatic lately, but I don’t think I’d buy it again

The delivery was disappointing. It took way longer than they said it would, and the tracking updates barely told me anything useful. I ordered from Motifskincare and the package showed up faster than I expected, I think it was about 3 days for me. Tracking was fine too, like, no weird gaps or anything, and the email updates came through when they were supposed to.
I’m only taking off one star because the box was a little banged up when it arrived, which made me pause for a second, but everything inside was totally fine. So yeah, overall, good shipping experience.

I really wanted to like this, but the scent was just way too much for me. It had this strong perfumy, kind of chemical smell that lingered on my face longer than I expected. Something about it just gave me a headache after using it, so I only tried it a couple times before giving up. Maybe the smell won’t bother other people, but I couldn’t keep using it
